1-Write Ron or Pat requesting the application to be emailed to you through DocuSign. This method will allow you to fill out and sign everything online with no need to print, waste money or send anything through the mail.
2-Second option is print everything out in this link and mail it to us. Printable mandatory Documents
3-This link contains all necessary Reading Material that does NOT need to be printed (This is for reference only) This link includes all the necessary In-Service Tests, Policy and Procedure Manuals and required Confidentiality Documents.
4-Once everything is completed, and in order, we will contact you to go over specifics as to location, hours, days, compensation.
