Senior Support Groups

Though I have worked hard to provide accurate information for your area, some web site addresses or contact information may need to be updated from time to time. If by chance you notice any of this information needs to be corrected and you have the correct information to be posted and shared for a family in need, or…if you have a number of an organization that may have helped you in the past and would like to share it with us and others, please be so kind as to contact me through the contact page on this web site and share the correct and revised information. I will appreciate it, and so will our Senior Home Care community. One day we will all hopefully get the chance to appreciate and enjoy our golden years, some more, some less, but if we can all just pitch in just a little to help the less fortunate, it just may help a lot.

Thanks and God Bless!

Below you will find a vast array of helpful information to guide you through the many questions and answers you might have regarding your aging parents or loved ones. The list of Senior Home Care Agencies in NY & Long Island and their websites below may help guide you through the process, or at the least make your search for answers to your questions a little more easier. Although I have tried to be as precise in the information provided on this page as possible, updates or changes on the support group web sites is beyond my control. If you or one of your family members or one of the support groups find an error that needs to be corrected, or you’re a support group that wish to be added to the list, please feel free to contact me through the contact form on this site. In addition, many hospitals skilled nursing facilities and senior centers in your area also provide an array of support groups. They do change frequently as well, so contact those facilities in your area for an up to date list. At any point if you would like to speak with one of our professional case managers about rates, our caregivers, the benefit of utilizing the service of an Agency like “Nanny’s For Granny’s” and how we can provide screened and qualified care at an affordable rate within your budget give us a call at 631-730-8500 and speak with one of our case managers.
